Jon McGovern won a Gold medal at the US Olympic Festival in 1994. McGovern was a 3X IIAC Champion, 3X NCAA All-American, and 2X NCAA Champion as a collegiate wrestler.
McGovern competed with the Hawkeye Wrestling Club under Coach Dan Gable, placing 2nd @ the Sunkist International Open, 3rd at the Cerro Pelado Tournament and the Henri Deglane Cup twice each event, 2nd at the US World Team Trials in 1998 and 4th at the US final Olympic Trials in 2000. McGovern was a member of the USA 1998 World Team Duals Team and was a USA National Freestyle Team member in 1998 and placed 5th @ the 1997 US Nationals, 3rd in the 1998 US Nationals, and 2nd at the US World Team Trials. McGovern completed his wrestling career posting a win over Olympic Gold Medalist Kevin Jackson in the final match of his career and finished 4th at the Final 2000 US Olympic Trials in Dallas Texas. He trained full time as the US Olympic Training Center Resident Athlete during the 2000 Olympic Games.
McGovern has served as Head Wrestling Coach with the University of Dubuque since 2002 inheriting a team of 4 wrestlers, developing the program record to include #2, #5 Academic All-American Team, 2 NCAA National Champions, 8

Dennis Hall is a Greco-Roman wrestler from Hartford, Wisconsin, United States. Hall is a 10-time US National Champion, a World Champion, and 3-time USA Olympian. He won a Silver Medal at the 1996 Atlanta.Hall attended Hartford Union High School and began his career by defeating a two-time senior state champion named Craig Becker in the state finals as a freshman. Hall finished his prep career with a 146-1-1 prep record including 110 pins, earning three individual Wisconsin state titles. During his high school years he was also a three-time Junior National Greco Champion and World Team member. He was Wisconsin's first Dream Team All-American. Hall was named USA Wrestling Man of the Year in 1995 as well as three time Greco-Roman athlete of the year in 1994, 1995 and 1996.
